Why now

A structure you don’t need still costs you

An empty house still gets taxed and insured. A dying barn sheds tin in the wind. A pool nobody swims in keeps costing money. None of it gets cheaper to remove later.

The hard part isn’t knocking it down. It’s the debris, the dump fees and what’s left in the ground.

That’s where a low bid turns into a bigger invoice. We price those parts in from the start.

Why Salz

Why property owners call Salz

Disposal priced in

Dump fees are where demolition bids blow up. Ours are in the number from the first walk-through.

Owner in the machine

Adam gives the estimate and runs the work himself.

Farm ground know-how

Raised running equipment on the family farm, Adam leaves the ground ready for crops or a build.

Before you call

Straight answers, up front

Is disposal included?

Yes. Dump fees and haul-off are in the number from the first walk-through, so the price won’t change halfway through.

What about utilities and asbestos?

Utilities are shut off and confirmed before we start. Older buildings can contain asbestos, and the Illinois EPA requires 10 working days’ notice before regulated demolition. We’ll tell you up front if that likely applies.

How far do you travel?

About 50 miles from Magnolia, IL, including Peoria and the Illinois Valley.
